Livia Bicksler is the agency’s Customer Relation Specialist. Born and raised in Brazil Livia has been living in Florida for the past eight years. Her journey into the insurance industry began when she worked as an auto body shop manager, where she saw an opportunity to grow and learn. With over five years of experience in handling claims, Livia has spent the last year working as a personal auto insurance agent and customer service representative. She loves the dynamic nature of the insurance industry and enjoys meeting new people.

Livia is a cheerful and extroverted person, always smiling and laughing. She loves outdoor activities such as going to the beach, hiking, and attending live concerts. She also enjoys discovering new things, exploring different restaurants, and trying various foods and drinks.
